ExpenSys was incorporated in 1999 and quickly developed a strong customer base on the Lotus Notes platform with customers such as Royal & SunAlliance, ICI Paints and Canon UK.

The current Software as a Service (SaaS) version was launched in 2007 and now delivers tax compliant expense management to organisations large and small operating all over the world.

The company’s development centre is in Wiltshire with support and implementation staff based throughout the United Kingdom.

We are passionate about delivering the best possible service to all our customers, whether they are a small company, or a large multinational corporation.

With more configurable options ‘out-of-the box’ than any competitor, we are confident we will have the flexibility to meet your needs. No two organisations have the same processes or policies and so, from the first time we meet you, we will be working hard to understand your business.

Our implementation team have wide experience of integrating with all the major (and many of the minor) ERP and Payroll systems, and following roll-out, our on-going commitment to first class service is demonstrated by factual case studies and outstanding references.
