Support Analyst – Fintech/SaaS – Chippenham – £28k + Benefits

We create cloud-based software and mobile applications for finance teams across a variety of sectors and in over 60 countries.  We currently have an opportunity for a 2nd line Support Analyst with knowledge of Linux and MySQL to join our team delivering a fantastic service to our clients.

What we offer.

We aim to maintain a good work/life balance with 28 days holiday from outset, rising to 30 days after 12 months plus bank holidays, and a guaranteed pay rise after 12 months.  We’re also happy to support those wishing to gain additional certifications and qualifications where it is relevant to their role.

What we are looking for.

On top of a good understanding of Linux and MySQL, we need a great communicator. We’re looking for someone who can interact with our customers, communicate technical information effectively, take ownership of relevant queries and understand who in the business is best positioned to deal with more complex matters. Inclusion in a ‘call-out’ rota is expected; Windows domain experience and a European language would be an advantage.
